What is included with each diffuser?

Each 110 mL reed diffuser includes fragrance oil and reed sticks.

How do I use a reed diffuser?

Remove the bottle’s seal and insert the reeds. Place the bottle upright on a stable, protected surface. Turn the reeds carefully when you want to refresh the fragrance, and wipe up any drips.

Which fragrances can I choose?

How do wholesale cases work?

Each sealed case contains 24 diffusers of one fragrance for $100 (approximately $4.17 per diffuser). The minimum is one case. Mixed cases are not available.

Can I order more than one wholesale fragrance?

Yes. Add each fragrance and its case quantity to your cart separately. A quantity of 1 is one case of 24; a quantity of 2 is two cases, with 48 diffusers total.

Where should I place my diffuser?

Keep it upright and out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest the oil, and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Follow the precautions on the product packaging.

How can I get help with an order?

Email info@scentofjordan.com with your order number, or call or text (414) 533-3323. We do not accept returns. For shipments that arrive damaged, we provide full credit when you supply photos and supporting proof. Include your order number or proof of purchase and photos of the damaged products, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label. Please retain the products and packaging while your claim is reviewed. We handle the reimbursement claim with the shipper.
