These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of scentofjordan.com, operated as Scent of Jordan ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders are subject to payment approval and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order or identify a pricing or listing error, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected order. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may not be possible after shipment.

Products and pricing

Product details, quantities and prices are shown on the applicable product page. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders. Product images and screen colors may vary from the appearance of the actual product.

Wholesale purchases and resale

Customers may resell diffusers purchased from us, including wholesale purchases. Our standard wholesale offering is a sealed case of 24 diffusers in one fragrance per case; mixed-fragrance cases are not offered. The listed wholesale price is $100 per case unless a different price is agreed in writing. Resellers are responsible for their own sales practices and applicable business, labeling and tax requirements. Purchasing products does not transfer ownership of our trademarks or website content or authorize a claim of an exclusive partnership.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, charges and available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Free domestic shipping is available on orders over $50 under our current shipping offer. Any delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us if your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and damaged shipments

We do not accept returns; all sales are final, subject to applicable law. For verified shipping damage, we provide full credit when the customer supplies photos and supporting proof. Include your order number or proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged products, shipping box, packaging and shipping label. Retain the products and packaging while the claim is reviewed. We handle the claim with the shipper; your approved damage credit does not depend on carrier reimbursement. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Product use

Follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the product. Diffuser oil is not for ingestion. Keep the product out of reach of children and pets, and protect surfaces from spills. Do not make unsupported safety or health claims when reselling our products.

Website use and privacy

Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, impersonate others or submit misleading information. Our website content, images and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Shopify provides the platform used to operate this store; product sales are between you and Scent of Jordan.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
