Shipping availability and rates

Available shipping destinations, services, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout before payment. We currently offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50, including qualifying wholesale orders. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are charged the rate shown at checkout.

Order processing and delivery times

Orders ship from Wisconsin within 1 business day. After shipment, estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, depending on your distance from Wisconsin. Please allow approximately 4–6 business days in total for processing and delivery. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Packaging

Retail orders are packaged according to the number of diffusers purchased. Wholesale orders are sold in sealed cases of 24 diffusers of one fragrance. If you have a time-sensitive order, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and shipping options.

Shipping details and shipment issues

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if your address needs to be corrected; changes may not be possible after shipment. If your shipment is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us for assistance.

Damaged shipments

We provide full credit for verified shipping damage when you provide photos and supporting proof. Keep the products and packaging while your claim is reviewed. We handle the reimbursement claim with the carrier, and approved customer credit does not depend on carrier reimbursement. See our Return and Refund Policy for required photos and proof.
