Returns

We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email info@scentofjordan.com or call or text (414) 533-3323. Include your order number or proof of purchase, clear photos of the damaged products, and photos of the shipping box, packaging, and shipping label.

We provide full credit for verified shipping damage upon receipt of photos and supporting proof. Please retain the damaged products and packaging while your claim is reviewed, in case the carrier needs to inspect them.

Scent of Jordan handles the reimbursement claim with the shipper. Your approved damage credit does not depend on our recovery from the carrier.
